No, the course is not designed to have any printed materials. If you
feel that you need a workbook to supplement the presentation, you can
order the one that is used in the classroom version of the course. For

new browser window and allow you to get help on how to use the system.

After I registered,
I forgot my password, what do I do?
A: Go to the login page where you would usually go to log in and
just below the password box is a link that says ”Forget Your Password?
Get it here." If you click on that link, it will bring you to a page in
which you can either type in your login ID or email address and both
your login ID and password will be sent to your email address.
Q:
While viewing the
program, I receive an "unknown error."
A: This means the program did not load correctly. Refresh the
page by right clicking on the mouse in the program window and choosing
"refresh."
