CGFM Study Guides' Policies
1.
Delivery: please allow 10-15
business days for delivery. Each study guide comes in a
loose-leaf, three-hole punch format; a binder is
not included.
2. CPE Option: if you purchase a
study guide with a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) option,
you'll receive a separate letter with instructions on how to access an
online CPE examination. This CPE option expires six months from the
date your study guide order is processed. To earn CPE credit, you must
pass the online CPE examination; if you do not pass, the retake fee is
$25. Please note that these CPEs are not NASBA-approved.
3.
Courses: these study guides are used in the following
instructor-led courses: Governmental Environment; Governmental
Accounting, Financial Reporting and Budgeting; and Governmental
Financial Management and Control. If you are taking any of these
courses, you don’t need to purchase these study guides.
4.
Receipts: if you use the
online
study guide order form, a receipt will automatically be emailed to you
when the payment is processed. For faxed or mailed orders, a receipt is
provided upon request (please send an email to
agacgfm@agacgfm.org).
5.
Returns: returns are accepted only
within 60 days of purchase and only if the study guide is in its
original shrink-wrap. You must contact AGA in writing (agacgfm@agacgfm.org)
for specific instructions before
returning any study guides.
6.
Volume Discounts: if you plan to
order more than 10 study guides, please contact us at
agacgfm@agacgfm.org for more information on volume discounts.
