Welcome to the AGA Cincinnati Chapter website!

The Association of Government Accountants (AGA) was founded on September 14, 1950. The AGA serves federal, state, and local government accounting professionals by providing education, encouraging professional development, providing government accounting certification, and supporting standards and research to advance government accountability.

The AGA Cincinnati Chapter was created in May, 1955, and strives to provide affordable, or free CPE’s and educational luncheons throughout the year.

Welcome to the Cincinnati Chapter of AGA!  There have been a lot of changes to AGA in the last year:  new name, new logo; returning to in-person trainings and meetings; plenty of new initiatives… The list goes on.  It’s all very exciting, and as President of the Cincinnati Chapter I invite you to jump in and participate at any and all opportunities.  I, along with my fellow Chapter Executive Committee officers, look forward to seeing you at program events throughout the year.
