Breakfast on Thursday March 1, 2007.
This is the fourth in a new series of
breakfast meetings - Meet the Financial Management
Policy-Makers.
AGA’s Leadership Breakfasts bring private
sector and government executives together to exchange
information, solve issues and build partnership and trust. After
all, we need each other. We share common goals, and we can learn
from each other’s mistakes and successes.
Relmond Van Daniker,
Executive Director of AGA, will moderate a discussion with
Congressman Tom Davis, Ranking Member of the Committee on
Oversight and Government Reform, which has government-wide
jurisdiction over the management of the Federal government.
Congressman Davis
will share insight into the challenges facing our government
today, the priorities the Committee is setting, and how the
Federal government and its partners in the contracting community
can work together to achieve success.
There will be time
for Q&A from the audience after the discussion.
Federal Chief Financial Officers, Chief
Information Officers, Inspectors General and representatives
from OMB and GAO will participate as well as AGA Corporate
Partners.
