Human Resource Challenges in a Changing Accounting World
An AGA/NASACT TRAINING AUDIO CONFERENCE
April 7, 2004
2 CPE Hours Available!

AGA, in conjunction with the National Association of State Auditors, Comptrollers and Treasurers is pleased to announce the latest in its series of audio conferences addressing timely issues in government financial management.

The topic for this audio conference, Human Resource Challenges in a Changing Accounting World is a timely topic for all government financial managers.  While most of the recent accounting changes are technical in nature, the greater challenge to each accountability professional is more deeply seated, for it touches on our values.  We must examine the way we think and behave, and how we make decisions.  If these human challenges are not understood and overcome, the foundation for other changes is unstable.  Mr. J. Graham Joscelyne will discuss some of the human realities of facing change, and provide insight into short and longer-term opportunities to prepare for the real task ahead of us.

Join Mr. J. Graham Joscelyne, Urbach Kahn & Werlin Advisers Inc.; Former Auditor General of the World Bank for an enlightening two-hour discussion.  You will also be given an opportunity to ask questions and share experiences during the last 20 minutes of the audio conference.
