Building a Productive
Audit Team
This course
is designed either for team leaders, responsible for
building a productive audit team, or for the Team Leader and
her/his team. Participants will engage in several class
exercises that promote collaboration and teamwork.
Additionally, participants will learn how to manage conflict
with one another, how to set mutual goals and how to
increase ownership of the team mission and goals.
