Building a Productive Team

This course provides team leaders with the basic principles and practices essential to leading a productive team. Participants will engage in both self-assessment and group exercises designed to increase insight into the team-building process, so that they can apply these principles and practices immediately back on the job. The two-day course includes two team-building simulations: broken squares and nesting boxes. The second simulation allows teams to plan, organize and execute their plan to achieve specific goals in a competitive environment with other teams in class.
