This
highly participatory course is designed to train auditors
and program evaluators to gather evidence for audits and
evaluations by using an effective interviewing process.
The nature of auditing and evaluating is often adversarial,
so this course emphasizes the need to collect information
objectively and professionally. Participants will learn a
step-by-step process, from pre-interview activities to
post-interview follow-up and closure.
