Management: Coaching & Counseling
This course
is geared for managers and supervisors responsible for the
performance of others, particularly the roles of coach and
counselor. This is NOT a course in how to conduct a
performance appraisal, but how to accurately diagnose
various types of performance problems. It then moves into
ways to find and apply solutions that improve skills and
knowledge required to effectively do the job and to change
attitudes and behaviors that may be getting in the way of
acceptable performance. This course contains several
individual and group exercises that actively involve and
engage participants.
