Efforts to improve transparency in the municipal market have enlisted policy makers and issuers in discussions about the content and timing of market releases. This seminar begins with a summary of current rules and reform initiatives pertaining to primary and secondary market disclosures. It then provides guidance and direction to public agencies attempting to account for and disclose pension liabilities.
