This session will focus on various facets of professional communication – including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication – that are most relevant in the government accounting fields. A portion of the training will discuss making audit and financial reports more user-friendly and more convincing. Presenters will also describe strategies for improving interpersonal communication, both internally and externally, and dealing effectively with the more difficult personalities in our work environments.
