This chapter includes Benton, Franklin, Grant, Adams and Walla Walla counties in the state of Washington as well as Umatilla County in the state of Oregon. The chapter is centered in Richland, WA. Meetings are held on 2nd Tuesday of each month at Old County Buffet, Kennewick, WA at 11:30 a.m.
