Important Deadlines 

Make your hotel reservations at the JW Marriott Hotel as soon as possible.  The room rate is  $153 (plus tax) per night. The rate of $153 is only guaranteed until January 17, 2005, or until the room block sells out.  Reservations received after January 17, or after the room block has been filled, will be made on a space-available basis, and may be subject to higher rates.  We urge you to make your reservations as soon as possible, as rooms sell out quickly.

 

To make reservations, call the JW Marriott at 202.393.2000, or toll-free at 800.228.9290, and mention that you are attending the “AGA NLC.”

 

When making your travel plans please note that Check In is at 4:00 p.m., and check out is Check Out is at 12:00 p.m.

 

Hotel Reservation Deadline: January 17, 2005 – Hotel rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until the hotel is sold out.  Make your reservations early!
