Marketing Prospectus
Payment & Cancellation
Companies must agree to pay the published advertising fee once the application has been submitted and accepted by AGA. Invoices will be generated and sent to the principal contact via e-mail. Payment is requested within 30 days. Outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to signing up for future conference activities.
Cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to apardoe@agacgfm.org. If notice of cancellation is given on or before Jan. 15, 2010, advertisers will be responsible for 25 percent of the total ad fee. Companies canceling ad space on or after Jan. 16, 2010 will be responsible for the total fee.
