Program Highlights

AGA's CEAR Program Results

With performance-based budgeting and the President's Management Agenda emphasizing budget and performance integration, agencies are striving to improve their Performance and Accountability Reports. Learn how others have accomplished excellence at a special session led by recipients of AGA's Certificate of Excellence in Accountability Reporting (CEAR). This session is scheduled for 1:30 - 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, July 12. Find out how to be a participating agency or a reviewer for FY 05 PARs. All agency/entity representatives are encouraged to join us. The next evaluation cycle begins at the end of this month. Don't get left behind.

AGA's SEA Program Results

As AGA ends the second year of its Service Efforts & Accomplishments (SEA) Reporting Program, learn how other governments prepare and use their reports to better manage resources and communicate with their constituents. All participating entities will be listed on AGA's website, with special recognition to those reports considered outstanding. Attend this session from 2 - 3:15 p.m. Monday, July 11. Hear about preparing high-quality performance reports, and how to participate either as a preparer or a reviewer of reports.
