Payment of booth fees is due in full with a signed order form. An
invoice or receipt for payment will be included with the exhibitor
confirmation letter.
Cancellations must be made in
writing. All exhibitors canceling space on or before February 4, 2005 will
be charged a processing fee of $500. If notice of cancellation is given
between February 5 and June 10, 2005, exhibitors will be responsible for 50
percent of the total booth fee. Exhibitors canceling space after June 10
will be responsible for the total fee of the exhibit space reserved.
