Booth assignments

Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort will be made to assign booth space according to the exhibitor’s preferred locations. However, even with these efforts it is not always possible to assign the requested area.

• AGA reserves the right to reassign exhibit space and revise the floor plan without notice and at any time. AGA also reserves the right, in the interests of optimum traffic control, safety and exhibit exposure, to relocate those booths that may be affected by a change in the floor plan. Such change would not be made unless deemed absolutely necessary.
