IMPORTANT: If you had a reservation at AGA’s overflow hotel, the SpringHill Suites Marriott Village - Lake Buena Vista, under the AGA room block, your reservation was automatically moved the conference hotel for the same $149 rate.

Because we were able to accommodate everyone staying there, we have canceled our block at the SpringHill Suites. Thus, the SpringHill Suites will not accept any more reservations at a discounted rate of $149 and shuttle service will NOT be provided to the conference hotel.

If you booked a room at another hotel, or reserved a room at the SpringHill Suites outside our block (a rate less than $149), you will need to make arrangements for your own transportation to and from the Orlando World Center Marriott.

The Marriott requires a credit card for confirming reservations. A check or money order in the amount of one night's stay may also be used to guarantee a room. Please Note: reservations must be cancelled at least two weeks prior to the check-in date to avoid a cancellation penalty of $98, or one night's stay.

Join us for PDC 2005 and enjoy beautiful, sunny Orlando! Summer is a great time to be in the "Sunshine State" and offers the perfect opportunity to get out and enjoy the city. The average high temperature in June is 92' and the average low is 73'. The summer months also bring rain to the area in much heavier amounts than during the rest of the year. Ponchos and rain gear inside the parks is very expensive, so be sure to pack some rain supplies just in case.

Remember meeting room temperatures and personal comfort zones vary widely. It is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
