Other Promotional Opportunities

Room Drops $2,000

Greet PDC attendees right at their doors! Your surprise gift, giveaway item or company literature will be placed in a special bag distributed to all attendees staying at the official conference hotel. Room drops are a great way to boost company awareness among the most important decision makers in the industry. Only Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors and companies that have a booth at AGA's PDC are eligible to conduct a room drop. Room drop materials are provided by sponsor, and must adhere to AGA guidelines regarding size and content. If approved, AGA will provide a confirmation letter providing details on room drop arrangements.

There will be a maximum of 6 room drop items per night.
Room drops must be approved and received at least two weeks in advance.
No room drops will be accepted onsite.
Room drops will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis.
