Welcome Reception

Start the conference excitement early… Join us from 5 - 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 18, for a Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall. Visit booths and be the first to explore an exciting marketplace of services, tools and new technology all designed for your needs. This event is the perfect kick-off to this year’s conference.

Sponsored by Deloitte.

Monday Mixer

Join us from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 19, for an informal social hour in the Exhibit Hall. This is an opportunity to relax, have a drink or a light snack, mix and mingle and perhaps make dinner plans with other PDC attendees.

President's Reception

The President’s Reception & Karaoke Party is a festive, fun-filled evening and the last social event of the PDC. You’ll have "fun, fun, fun" at this lively Baja Beach Bash at the beautiful San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina. This is your last opportunity to enjoy food, drinks and fun with colleagues and friends before heading home. Put on your Hawaiian shirt and join us for a fun-filled jaunt to a beach-themed party. To lighten it all up, we'll have karaoke and dance music from your favorite eras!  Come for an enjoyable - no talent required – evening. This promises to be an unmatched celebration and fun for all.

Hospitality Suite

The Hospitality Suite offers a great way to connect with old friends–and make new ones–and network in an informal setting. Visit the hospitality suite for a snack or beverage, and easy access to tour, restaurant and local attraction information to make your stay even more memorable. The suite will be available to conference attendees and their traveling companions during the conference. Look for more information in your registration bag that you will receive at the conference.

Community Service Raffle

AGA is proud to once again sponsor the National Community Service Raffle. During the conference we’ll be selling raffle tickets for great prizes such as gift certificates, regional gift baskets, sports memorabilia and lots more! When you arrive in San Diego, be sure to visit the Exhibit Hall to a look at all the raffle loot!

Proceeds from the raffle will support the AGA National Community Service Fund as well as a charity selected by raffle participants. Make sure you stop by the raffle booth and vote for your favorite charity!

Chapters are asked to donate prizes from their local areas. Contact raffle coordinator Renee Gilman, CGFM at Renee.Gilman@dla.mil to donate.
