For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at several hotels in the heart of downtown Nashville for PDC attendees.

The Renaissance Nashville Hotel is connected to the Nashville Convention Center; and our overflow hotels are just three to four blocks away. Hotels are also just a few blocks from B.B. King's Blues Club, Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum and Historic Second Avenue District, which boasts Nashville's most popular "honky tonks" and live entertainment.

Each hotel features nicely appointed guest rooms with modern amenities and fitness centers to help you enjoy your stay in Nashville!

The room rate is $99 (plus tax) for single occupancy and $119 (plus tax) for double occupancy. These rates are only guaranteed until June 4, 2007, or until the room block sells out. Reservations received after June 4, or after the room block has been filled, will be made on a space-available basis, and may be subject to higher rates.

· Nashville International Airport (BNA) serves the Nashville area is provides the most convenient air travel to the PDC. The airport is designed to keep you moving. Easy traffic flow makes it simple to reach any of the terminal’s 47 gates, even when you’re pressed for time. If you do have extra time, you can enjoy the airport’s full-service restaurants, concessions, retail shops, massage bars, nail salon, WiFi access and full-service business center.

Avis is offering special discounted rates to PDC attendees on a wide selection of vehicles. These rates are good from one week before to one week after our event, so you can take in the sights and explore at your own pace.

Attendees can rely on the area's taxi and shuttle services for getting to the conference. Please refer to the information below when planning your travel to Nashville.

Gray Line Airport Express provides shuttle service from the Nashville International Airport (BNA) to the Nashville Convention Center and downtown area hotels. Service begins at 5 a.m. and runs until 11 p.m. Shuttles depart from the airport every 15-20 minutes and every 30 minutes from most hotels. This is a shared ride service and shuttles may make several stops before reaching your hotel.

Getting to the PDC easy! It’s just a quick ride from Nashville International Airport. There is a flat rate of $22.00 to the downtown area hotels.

Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference activities. Since meeting room temperatures vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions. Nashville’s average high temperature in June is 87° and the average low is 65°. Temperatures may vary from day to day so please plan accordingly.
