When attendees grab for their morning newspaper they’ll see your logo right on the cover! Your logo and compliments will be printed on stickers and affixed to each newspaper. So the first thing attendees see each day  (Monday through Wednesday) will be a copy of USA Today with your logo and message wrapped around the headlines.

This is a great sponsorship to maximize your visibility and help attendees find their way. Your logo is printed on each sign—a sure way to have your name seen by everyone in attendance! Additional benefits include:

Other Promotional Opportunities

Bag Stuffers................................$1,000

Even if you cannot attend, get your message in the bag! One promotional item of your choice will be inserted into every conference bag. You can publicize an upcoming event, promote a new product or draw traffic to your booth. Just provide copies of your pre-printed material or giveaway to AGA and we’ll take care of the rest.

Items may include, but are not limited to, a CD of your products/services, marketing brochure (8-page maximum), pens, calculators, mouse pads, luggage tags and other promotional items not already sponsored by AGA. Bag stuffers must weigh less than 12 ounces, be no larger than 12-by-9 inches, and must be approved by AGA.

Company is responsible for shipping materials in time to be placed in the bags prior to the opening of the show. Benefits include:

·          Recognition in the final program—includes company description, logo and marketing contact information.

Payment and Cancellation

The sponsoring company agrees to pay the published sponsorship fee once the application has been submitted and accepted by AGA. Invoices will be generated and sent to the principal contact by e-mail. Payment is requested within 30 days. Outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to signing up for future conference activities.

Sponsorships may not be cancelled. Upon signing the agreement, there are costs incurred on behalf of the sponsor and the full, published amount must be paid. In the event that the sponsorship can be resold and the promotional material corrected before the conference, 50 percent of the sponsorship fee may be refunded.

Any written notification of intent to sponsor an event or item will be considered a definite commitment. In the event that AGA denies a sponsorship opportunity to an interested party, based on a written confirmation/guarantee by your organization to sponsor an event/item, the sponsorship may not be cancelled and the full payment must be paid.

Confirmations

Upon acceptance of your application, the principal contact named at the top of the form will receive an e-mail confirming your sponsorship. All correspondence regarding conference logistics will be sent to the principal contact. This includes the confirmation letter, invoices, registrant lists, shipping deadlines and instructions, sponsor registration, etc.

If you are entitled to complimentary conference registrations as part of your sponsorship benefits package, we will provide you with information on how to register in your confirmation letter.
