Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located just 15 miles from Orlando World Center Marriott. MCO offers more flights to more places than any other airport in Florida, and provides non-stop service to most major U.S. destinations. So no matter where you’re coming from your trip will be quick and easy.

Car Rental
Avis is offering special discounted rates to PDC attendees on a wide selection of vehicles. These rates are good from one week before to one week after our event, so you can take in the sights and attractions, and explore Orlando at your own pace. Ground Transportation
Shuttle Service
Mears Transportation Group is the primary ground transportation provider at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and offers, convenient and affordable shuttle service from the airport to the Orlando World Center Marriott.
The fare is $20 (adult)/$16 (child) one-way, or $33 (adult)/$26 (child) roundtrip. This is a shared ride service and shuttles may make several stops at other hotels before reaching the hotel.
Upon arrival, visit the nearest Mears Transportation Desk to purchase your ticket. Shuttles run 24 hours a day and depart approximately every 30 minutes from the baggage claim area.
For your return trip, simply call Mears Transportation at 800.759.5219 or 407.423.5566 at least 24 hours prior to departure to make a reservation. Shuttles depart from the front entrance of the hotel.

Taxi Service
There are plenty of taxis available to take attendees to and from the hotel and throughout the city. The cab fare from the airport to the Orlando World Center Marriott is approximately $45. There may be additional extra baggage or fuel charges. If arriving with a group of three of four friends, then this may be an economical alternative. Please confirm rates before travel.
Parking
Valet parking is available at the Orlando World Center Marriott for $23.43 per day. Unlimited in/out privileges are available for hotel guests only. Self Parking is available for $13.85 per day. If you are not a guest at the hotel, you will be charged for each time you enter and exit the garage.
Weather & Dress
Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference activities. We recommend that you dress in layers and/or bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions in case the room temperature is not comfortable for you.
Summer is a great time to be in the "Sunshine State" and offers the perfect opportunity to get out and enjoy the city. The average high temperature in July is 91.5 and the average low is 73.
The summer months also bring rain to the area in much heavier amounts than during the rest of the year. Ponchos and rain gear inside the parks are very expensive, so be sure to pack some rain supplies just in case.
