The individuals who serve
as members of the CEAR review teams are vital to the continued success
of the CEAR Program!
These professionals (1)
read one Performance and Accountability Report, (2) evaluate
it using AGA's Reviewers Guidelines, (3) develop detailed
recommendations for improving the report, (4) discuss all
recommendations during a team meeting and (5) vote on presenting
the Certificate of Excellence.

senior-level individuals representing
CFO Offices, IG offices, performance
measurement experts and independent public accounting firm
