Special Meal Requests

AGA will do its best to accommodate special meal requests for the luncheons. Please be sure to indicate on your Registration Form if you have any dietary restrictions (diabetic, low sodium, vegetarian, etc.) so we can provide you with a special meal based on your dietary needs. Because these meals are ordered before the conference, special meal requests received onsite cannot be guaranteed; however, we will make every attempt will be made to accommodate your needs.

Sorry, we cannot provide special menus or dietary choices for the breakfasts or receptions; however, we will do our best to offer a variety of selections to accommodate all attendees.

AGA strives to hold meetings accessible to all. Please tell us what you require to help make your participation more enjoyable and meaningful. Be sure to indicate on your registration form if you require any special assistance, auxiliary aids or other reasonable accommodations to fully participate in this event. Any information regarding your disability will remain confidential. Because many accommodations require early planning, requests for accommodations should be made as soon as possible. Special requests received on site or less than three weeks before the conference cannot be guaranteed; however, we will make every attempt will be made to accommodate your needs.
