This year’s Performance Management Conference will be held
outside of Baltimore, MD, which is known for its beautiful
harbor and diverse and historic culture. In 2010, we will focus
the sessions on the practical experiences and proven performance
methods that have transformed the way government does business.
We will spotlight those governments whose budgets have been
developed and service delivery efforts have been redesigned by
using performance measures as a base for change. With the call
for open government across communities, the conference
will highlight those entities that have designed innovative
tools in communicating and reporting to the public.
Earn 10 CPE hours, plus 2 additional CPE hours can be earned by
attending the complimentary workshop on Using the Reporting Tool
Kit
Fees are $395 for AGA members before September 10, 2010 and $445
after Sept. 10. Nonmembers pay $450 until Sept. 10 and $495
after.
