AGA’s Emerging Issues Committee will hold its
third Forum, set for 1:00 – 5 p.m. Feb. 17 at the Ronald Reagan
Building & International Trade Center in Washington, D.C. A
networking reception will immediately follow the forum from 5 – 6:30
p.m. We anticipate close to 150 participants – a mix of government
and private sector executives.

revenue and expenditures many years into the future, most federal
agencies do not. In this session we review how three agencies have
used programming to help guide their agencies, the benefits and
challenges of trying to look out six years and identify what factors
would determine if this approach would be useful to your agency.
