AGA’s National Leadership
Conference a Big Success!
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
“First
Responders: Financial Leadership in an Era of Crisis”
More than 400 people participated
last week in AGA’s Second Annual National Leadership Conference in
Washington, D.C. Many attendees said they were pleased to hear just
how much is being done behind the scenes by the first responders in
this time of crisis.
Everyone from federal leaders to state
auditors to city mayors spoke at the conference, which drew
participants from all levels of government, the private sector and
academia. All of the speakers had a common message—much needs to be
done to keep citizens safe, it is expensive and the job will never
be finished. Click here for coverage of keynote speakers, photos,
evaluation forms and more
