CPE credit

The COVID-19 Impacts on the CFO training offers 1 continuing professional education (CPE) hour. 

Prerequisites/learning objectives

Program level: Intermediate
Prerequisite: This program is suitable for participants who are at least mid-level within an organization; have knowledge, skills and ability commensurate with that level; and have operational and/or supervisory responsibilities.

Webinar delivery method: Group Internet-Based

  1. During the webinar, letters will appear at unannounced times in the top left-hand corner of the PowerPoint slide for EACH sessions. Note: This is not a pop-up box. Please write these letters down when you see them. Make sure you identify the session number that goes with the CPE letters you are writing down. 
  2. At the end of the training, a survey will pop up for you to submit the CPE tracking letters.
  3. Participants who successfully complete this process will receive an email within five (5) business days with instructions on how to download their CPE certificate.

NOTE: You must be able to view the PowerPoint slides on a device to see the CPE letters. All those dialing in using phone line only cannot see the slides for CPEs. Thus, will NOT be able to receive CPEs.

Announcing the letters to fellow attendees in the chat box is against NASBA policy and you may be ineligible to earn the CPE credits for the webinar. 

CPE Retrieval

CPE certificates will be available to print online within two weeks after the training, at which time all attendees will receive an email stating that the CPE certificate is ready to download.

CGFM CPE Requirements and NASBA Certification

CPE hours earned during this event can be used to fulfill CGFM CPE requirements. To learn more about the CGFM certification, contact AGA's Office of Professional Certification.

AGA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
