Based on Patrick Lencioni's book The Ideal Team Player, this course will cover the importance of finding the right person for you team and finding the right balance between smart, hungry, and humble. How to recognize and cultivate the three essential virtues and will emphasize the idea that if a person wishes to succeed in anything they do, it is very important that they learn how to be a valuable team player.

Speaker Bio
Kelli Bracci graduated from Georgia Southern University with a B.S in Education. After a many years teaching, she was honored to receive an offer employment from the Office of the Attorney General, before moving to Office of Insurance regulation (OIR), and now the Department of Financial Services. She was promoted to Director of the Office of Learning and Development in July of 2016. Since assuming the role, Kelli and her team have focused on return on investment, insuring all classes bring a measurable benefit to the Agency and to participants.
On a more personal note, Kelli moved to Tallahassee in June 2008, after her husband was recruited for a position with the City of Tallahassee. They have two beautiful children together, two yorkie-mix rescue dogs, and enjoy living in North Florida. On the weekends you can find the family on the St. Marks Trail, Wakulla Springs, or St. George Island.
