What to expect after completing the survey as a potential Mentee?

Based on the survey answers, you will be paired with a Mentor. The mentorship committee will introduce you via email and provide a Mentor/Mentee agreement to help facilitate the discussion and relationship. The Mentorship Committee will assist when changes need to be made to the pairings and will, of course, find great ways to support this new initiative!!
