AGA DC Member Survey

February 19 – March 12, 2021

The AGA DC Chapter Leadership Team strives at all times to improve the services and benefits to our members.  In order to ensure we are providing a meaningful and relevant experience we need your input!  We have compiled a questionnaire covering many of the aspects of the DC chapter.  This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. 

We hope that you will give us a little bit of your time so that we can make our chapter better!  As a thank you to participants, we will randomly select two respondents to receive a $50 gift card (leadership team members are not eligible).
