Loan Servicing
For more than 20 years, we have supported end-to-end loan servicing for colleges and universities, providing expert guidance on effective default prevention, mitigation, and skip tracing efforts. Within our proven and effective case-management model, the same agent works a case from start to finish,to deliver consistent, personalized support. We also have dedicated case management for service members, helping them maximize their benefits. 

Customer Contact Center
We have more than 40 years of experience in managing U.S.-based customer contact centers. We handle more than one million incoming calls monthly and place more than 70 million outbound calls annually. We can quickly ramp up staffing while maintaining quality levels. Our representatives are highly trained to handle long and often complex calls from customers, listening to and working with them to find solutions.

Debt Recovery
We manage billions of dollars in our loan-servicing portfolio and recover a broad spectrum of debt. From 2002 to 2012, we recovered more than $6 billion for clients at all levels of government. We also provide full-service collection solutions for federal student loans, institutional loans, and specialized loan programs. From 2002 through 2012, we recovered more than $7 billion for campus and state guarantor clients. Annually, guarantors place more than 500,000 accounts with us for collection, with total balances exceeding $2 billion.

Payment Processing, Fund/Portfolio Management, Financial Reconciliation
We process and reconcile seven million payments monthly, including checks, money orders, electronic lockbox payments, pay.gov transactions, and interagency transfers for commercial and government loan portfolios. In servicing $160 billion of loans for the Department of Education, we process 2.5 million payments monthly for that portfolio alone.
