Have you ever had a life-altering experience – a moment of clarity – when you realized you needed to take action or felt, “something’s got to give”? Stacey will share a 9 Step Roadmap she created to help women with strategies for clarity, confidence and certainty – designed to decrease worries about imbalances in health; fears of failure; anxiety over lack of progress towards goals; uncertainty about the future and ability to meet demands of life; and stress due to multiple competing priorities and a never-ending To-Do list.
