Name badge policy

Please remember to wear your badge when attending AGA functions.
Your badge is proof of registration; without it, you will not be allowed to participate in any training activities.

Photography disclosure

AGA takes photographs during its trainings and events for use in Association advertising, newsletters and other promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the AGA website. By participating, you grant AGA the right to use your name and photograph for such purpose.

Emergencies and personal safety

To help ensure your personal safety and peace of mind throughout the training we have included your provided emergency contact information on the back of your name badge. There is also space to write down any medical conditions or allergies you may have. 

People with disabilities

If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids or other reasonable accommodations to fully participate in this training, please email meetings@agacgfm.org or indicate it on the registration form. Any information regarding your disability will remain confidential.

What should I wear?

Business attire is appropriate for all training activities. Since training room temperatures vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions. 

What should I do if I have a special dietary request? 

AGA selects lunch menus we hope everyone will enjoy. We realize that some individuals have dietary restrictions and food allergies.

Attendees who indicate in the registration process, a food allergy or dietary restrictions that prevent them from eating the standard entrĂ©e selection are provided with a vegetarian/vegan meal based as closely as possible on their specific dietary needs. Special meals can be picked up at the AGA registration desk during training. 

Due to the large number of attendees, substitutes to the vegetarian meal or the standard training event meal may not be possible. Please make alternative meal arrangements if you have several food allergies or very specific dietary restrictions, as our food and beverage options may not meet your needs.

Can I select the sessions I want to attend if I participate virtually?

Virtual attendance offers select sessions via live-stream. All other sessions (including those not being live streamed) are recorded and available 14 business days post training. Recordings are available to view for one year starting the day the email notification (from support@digitellinc.com) is sent to all attendees. Please note: Recordings do not offer CPE credits. You must participate in the live streaming of the training event and follow the instructions mentioned above to receive CPE credit.

How can I get a copy of Speaker PowerPoint Presentations?

All registered participants will receive a confirmation email two weeks prior to the start of the training containing training details. Please note, presentation slides and notes will be available only from speakers who grant permission.
