  • 7:30 a.m. - Solution Hall will be open for attendees - please see the latest program and schedule for details
  • 2:30 p.m. - Exhibitor move-out

Tabletop Information

  • You will receive one (1) 6' skirted table and two (2) chairs for placement of your tabletop display
  • Pop-up display is allowed but most not exceed 6' wide and can be placed on top, behind or in front of your table - Please do not block neighboring tables
  • Solutions Hall is carpeted already

Shipments - important!

  • The Walter E. Washington Convention Center partners with the Capital Business Center to handle all shipping and handling. 
  • AGA does NOT handle any shipping and handling of packages. If you have packages to be shipped, you may use your own carrier or contact the Capital Business Center. Any questions regarding your package(s) must be directed to your carrier or Capital Business Center.  
  • If you use your own carrier: Carrier can meet with you at the main Convention Center entrance on Mt. Vernon PL, NW located between New York Ave., NW and Massachusetts Ave., NW to load and unload.
  • If you use Capital Business Center 
    • Ship all packages to arrive by Jan. 7 by 5 p.m. - Any packages arriving before Jan. 7 will incur storage fee 
    • All packages will be delivered to room 151AB on Jan. 8 for your move-in on Jan. 9 
    • Business Center will open at 7a.m. on Jan. 9 for any questions onsite. Please see shipping and receiving instructions and use the Shipping and Receiving form to arrange your package(s) accordingly. Please take note of all handling and storage fees. 
  • If you have any packages to be shipped from the Convention Center, please follow the instructions on Capital Business Center webpage. You may also use your own carrier to pick up your packages or bring it back with you to avoid the additional costs.

Sponsor Registrations

Platinum sponsors - four complimentary registrations.

Gold sponsors - three complimentary registrations.

You may purchase a maximum of two additional booth personnel/exhibitor registrations at $85 per person. 

Difference between sponsor registration and exhibitor registration:

Sponsor Registrations  Exhibitor Registrations
  • Attend all sessions and activities during training
  • Receive CPEs for all sessions attended
  • Attending sessions are discouraged
  • Do not receive CPEs if sessions were attended


If you have not sent your registrants’ names to Kia Lor yet, please do so on or before Monday, Jan. 6 to include their first and last name, title and email address. This will help with any bottleneck onsite when checking in.
