Registration fees

Registration for the virtual training includes the opportunity to earn up to 14 CPE hours and/or 11 PDUs, access to the virtual Solutions Hall, all education sessions, and a virtual registration tote bag.

Payment must accompany the registration form. Training registrations will NOT be processed until full payment or a copy of the purchase order is received. Only U.S. dollars are accepted. Issued POs must be paid before the cancellation date, for the registration to be valid. Phone or fax registrations are not accepted. AGA Federal Tax ID: 53-0217158.

CPE certificates will not be issued until full payment is received.

Registration Confirmations

Once your registration process is complete, you will receive a registration confirmation email. Detailed confirmation email regarding logistics including how to access the virtual training will be sent two weeks before the training event.

Existing In-Person Registration Options

If you are currently registered to attend IC&FP 2020 in-person in Washingont, D.C., you have the following options: 

  1. Switch to virtual attendance with a partial refund. (Please see new registration rates above.)
  2. Transfer your registration to IC&FP 2021, and receive no refund.
  3. Request a full refund.

Existing Virtual Registrants

If you are currently registered to attend IC&FP 2020  virtually from your home or office, you will automatically receive a partial refund, based on the new registration rates above. AGA will contact you directly with details.

If you would like a refund, it is very important we receive your request, based on your current registration status, by Aug. 28, 2020, at 5 p.m. Eastern Time. After this time, the cancellation and refund policy below will apply.
 

Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy

Refunds, less a $50 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for requests received in writing by Aug. 28, 2020. Refunds will not be granted after this date. No-shows are responsible for full payment.

The deadline for transferring your registration to another colleague is September 8. To transfer registration, you must download a registration form, complete it for the substitute colleague, and email it to meetings@agacgfm.org . After this time, all transfer requests will incur an additional $50 processing fee. Membership status is not transferable. Additional fees may be required, based on the substitute’s membership status.

Virtual: Your log-in instructions to access the IC&FPT 2020 will be emailed to you from support@digitellinc.com. You must receive that email from support@digitellinc.com in order to view the sessions. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive it in your inbox. Upon receipt, please test your connection on the device you will be using for the training.
