Registration fees

Registration fees are the same for both in-person* and virtual participation.

*A full in-person training attendee registration package includes two breakfasts, four coffee breaks, two luncheons and registration tote bag.

How to register

Payment must accompany the registration form. Training registration will not be processed until full payment or a copy of the purchase order is received. Only U.S. dollars are accepted. Issued POs must be paid before the cancellation datefor the registration to be valid.Phone or fax registrations are not accepted.

Attendees will receive a confirmation via email to the address provided two weeks before the start of the training.

Cancellation and refund policy

Refunds, less a $50 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for requests received in writing by Jan. 24, 2020. Refunds will not be granted after this date. No-shows are responsible for full payment.

Substitution policy

In-person (Washington, D.C.) —Person-to-person: If you are unable to attend the training and have already registered, you may designate another person to take your place. A registration form must be downloaded and completed for the new attendee and emailed to Please indicate the name of the individual that is being replaced in the payment section. Membership status is not transferable. Additional fees may be required based on the replacement’s membership status.

For all changes from in-person to virtual attendance, please follow “In-person to virtual attendance” policy below.

In-Person (Washington, D.C.) —In-person to virtual attendance: If you are unable to attend the training in person, you may switch your in-person participation to virtual participation at no cost up until three business days prior to the training. After this day, all requests will be charged an additional $50 processing fee. Requests must be emailed to Phone calls are not accepted.

The registration desk is located in the atrium foyer on the first floor of the Ronald Reagan Building. Please pick up your name badge and training materials before attending any functions, as you will not be able to participate without your name badge.


Two weeks prior to the NLT, your login instructions will be emailed to you from Association of Government Accountants Support ( You must receive this email to view sessions and participate in the training virtually. Check your spam folder in case the email is directed to that folder.
