Tracking process

AGA adheres to the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) standards for CPE programs, which require an attendance verification process for all events. Please follow the steps below for your CPE credits. We will use the same process for PDUs, which can be claimed via the Project Management Institute’s Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) Program.

  1. During the webinar, letters will appear at unannounced times in the top LEFT-hand corner of the PowerPoint slide. Please write down these letters when you see them. NOTE: This is not a pop-up.
  2. At the end of the webinar, close your webinar session to enable the survey and enter the letters in the survey field.
  3. Participants who successfully complete this process will receive an email within five (5) business days stating that the CPE certificate is ready to be downloaded.

NOTE: You must be able to view the PowerPoint slides on a device to see the CPE letters. All those dialing in using the phone line only cannot see the slides for CPEs. Thus, will NOT be able to receive CPEs and PDUs. Announcing the letters to fellow attendees in the chat box is against NASBA policy and you may be ineligible to earn the CPE credits for the webinar.

CPE and PDU Retrieval

CPE certificates will be available to print online within two weeks after the training, at which time all attendees will receive an email stating that the CPE certificate is ready to download.

You may claim PDUs through your designated certification organization. For all Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Program Management Professional (PgMP)® and other PMI professional credentials, proceed directly through PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) Program to claim PDUs.
