Customer/Client Service: Skills and Techniques

Customer/client service skills are increasingly important in today’s workplace. This course defines the customer (internal and external), explains how to deal with difficult customers, and teaches the attendees how to focus on the customer and their needs and wants. Case studies and role play situations are a part of the training.
