Uniform Guidance: What it Means for the Grant Community

Grants management reform is here; and now is the time to shift focus from “process” to “performance.” On Dec. 26, 2013, OMB issued new regulations covering federal grants, which revise virtually all of the general grant regulations including administrative rules, cost principles and single audit requirements.
