Assessing Performance Measures and Performance Data -- 2 Days

Government agencies face increasing demands to be data-driven to improve performance, reduce costs, and report performance to elected officials and the public. So, it is more important than ever that government managers and staff use and report the right measures with reliable data. When agencies improve the relevance and reliability of their performance information, they add value to how they manage programs, increase the confidence of elected officials in performance data, and help build public trust. This course will train participants in a performance measurement assessment methodology that can be replicated throughout their organization to leverage limited performance management resources.
