Learning objectives: 

Participants will learn how to spot an embezzler within their organization, and what to do about it. Attendees will walk away knowing how to prevent employee schemes including conspiracies, phony payroll systems and false sub-contractors.

Additionally, participants will learn about the psychology of a sociopath and how to know when one is working in your midst. Of equal importance, attendees will learn how to minimize a sociopath’s negative impact on the organization.
