CPE Credit & Collection
Paid webinars offer two (2) CPEs for participants who attend the entire training. Members-only free webinars offer one (1) CPE for participants who attend the entire training. Both paid and free webinars employ an attendance monitoring system. Below outlines these monitoring guidelines.
Please note: CPE certificates will not be available to download until full payment is received.
During the webinar, letters will appear at unannounced times in the top left-hand corner of the screen. Please write down these letters and enter them in the survey you will see at the end of the event. Participants who successfully complete this process will receive an email within five (5) business days with instructions to download their CPE certificate.
Group Registrants (with a Site Coordinator)
Site coordinators will receive an email confirmation one day before the start of the training that will contain the PIN code and instructions for participants to verify and retrieve their certificates. All participants with a group must sign-in and out with the site coordinator.
- Select I attended a group webinar in the Training and Events drop-down menu.
- Choose the appropriate webinar from the “Webinar title” drop down menu.
- Enter the PIN code in the “PIN CODE” box then select “Verify My Attendance”.
- On the next page, provide your contact information to download your CPE certificate. Please refrain from entering special characters (# % / : *) as it may cause an error message.
All group participants must attend the webinar in its entirety in order to receive CPE credits. Site coordinators will monitor your arrival and departure by having you sign in and out. In the case of an audit, your site coordinator will contact you on behalf of AGA.
