Corporate Partner Complimentary Registrations:

AGA Corporate Partners receive unlimited complimentary registrations. Please register yourself and your company’s participants online here. If, during the online registration process, the free registration fee is not showing up on the screen for you or for any of your company participants, please contact membership@agacgfm.org

Additional Exhibitor registration – You can register up to three paid booth personnel at $150.00 each. Registration includes lunch and session attendance. Fill out the Exhibitor Paid Registration form and email it back no later than February. Create Registration Form paid for exhibitors

Tabletop Location

View the TTS’26 Solutions Hall floorplan to locate your table.  You will receive one (1) 6’ skirted table and two (2) chairs for placement within your display area.  Pop-up displays are allowed and must not exceed 6’ wide and can be placed on top or behind your table.

Presentation Materials –(Platinum, Gold & Silver sponsors only)

  • Download the TTS 2026 Speaker Template – Slides are posted for attendees to view and to print before the training. By submitting your slides to AGA, you agree to their publication unless otherwise specified. To maintain consistency, combine all speaker’s slides into one PowerPoint deck in the order in which they will be presented. Please send the final deck no later than March 6. We appreciate following the slide design guidelines.Check this with Laura
  • Speaker Bios & Headshot – Send a 40–100-word bio in sentence form per speaker (no bullets or resumes) and a high-resolution headshot in .jpg/.jpeg format.
  • Engagement Tools– if you are planning to poll attendees during your session, download and complete the Polling spreadsheet with your questions. Include a black PowerPoint slide in your presentation for each polling question so AGA can embed each poll in its correct place. For more details about polling, please visit Conference i/o.

*All exhibitors are welcome to attend sessions; the Solutions Hall will remain open until 4:00pm for you to keep your materials while attending sessions. AGA is not responsible for the security of exhibits, or the materials contained within. Do not leave valuable items within easy reach at any time.

On-Site Solutions Hall Passport: Each attendee will receive a card in their bag that lists your company name. Attendees will visit your booth to get a stamp or signature on their card. All completed cards will be eligible to win prizes.
