To earn the Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) designation, candidates must apply for the CGFM Program and meet four requirements: Ethics, Education, Examinations and Experience.

Examination Locations

You can take the CGFM Examinations almost any time you want. AGA has teamed up with Pearson VUE to offer the CGFM Examinations year-round in more than 200 Pearson Professional Centers throughout the United States and Canada. This computer-based administration allows the three CGFM Examinations to be offered securely in hundreds of locations nationwide, reducing travel costs and allowing you to schedule examinations at your convenience.
