Brittany Hopwood
Brittany Hopwood served as the Chair of the Annual Training Committee for the last 2 years where she effectively led the delivery of our hybrid annual training.
This year Brittany also led the transition to a new location that significantly improved the training experience and lowered the cost to the chapter. Brittany’s role requires a significant time investment and leadership as she leads a team focused on delivering every aspect of both an in person training experience and a virtual training event. Over the course of 2 years Brittany has ensured that we have dynamic training sessions and an impactful experience for our members. This year we saw a significant increase in registration and received wonderful feedback on the success of the event.
Brittany Hopwood is a senior manager at KPMG, where she provides financial statement and audit readiness advisory services to Federal bureaus and departments. She has been a member of AGA and the Washington DC chapter for over 11 years, and has served on the Education and Spring Training committees for the last 5 years.
