Frances Cordell
I'm nominating Frances Cordell of the Delaware Chapter to receive the volunteer of the year reward because she is always willing to assist others in need. She does numberous community service events. She donates clothing, blankets, scarfs, gloves, food, cooks, delivers dontions to those in need along with serving the community. She also assists with disaster relief cleanup in Delaware and in Puerto Rico. There are no limits when it comes to helping others. Frances is a true example of a community leader.
