AGA Updates and Announcements
1. Second Pulse Check for the 2024-2025 Program Year
v Due Date-February 1, 2025
v Submission -We need to submit a report detailing our chapter’s progress by this date.
v Optional Supporting Documents-The ACE Reporting Chair (likely someone from our chapter) can upload additional documents like ACE recording sheets, newsletters, or surveys, though this is not mandatory.
v Point Calculation- Points for this process will not be calculated until after May 1, 2025, so any submissions made before then will not impact our cumulative point total yet.

2. We have a Monster Hockey Game on Saturday, March 29th.
v Texas Star at Cleveland Monster.
v Ron will make the ticket arrangement.
v We will invite all AGA members.
3. LEAD! Leadership Training
v When- April 24-26, 2025
v Where- In-person event to prepare Chapter Leaders for the upcoming program year.
o I have submitted these two names two National AGA.

4. Final NCC Meeting
v Date & Time-Wednesday, February 5, 2025, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET
v Attendance is required for the NCC Representative role.
v Ron Gedeon will join the meeting.
5. 2025 National Leadership Training – Washington, D.C.
When-February 19-20, 2025
Where-Ronald Reagan Building and ITC, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave. N.W., Washington, D.C. 20004
v Registration Deadline-February 21, 2025
v Cost-$550 (This training is self-funded unless your agency reimburses you.)
6. AGA/SDFM Local PDI (May 1st)
v We are planning a local PDI, tentatively in May 1, and will need to request a National Speaker.
Please let us know if you know any other speaker.
7. Professional Development Training (PDT)
v When-July 27–30, 2025, in Nashville
v If you are interested in attending, please speak with your supervisor. They will need to submit the request to the front office.
8. Next Meeting
v Let’s have our next meeting this Friday, February 21st, 2025.
