Meeting Notes:

• Chapter Bylaws – Jana S. discussed that the template has changed and thought that ours should be updated to be in line with the revised Chapter Bylaws template which were attached in the agenda. A word doc showing edits started was also attached.
• Program recognition spreadsheet – Jana S noted that she had received input from Jackie, but needs others to provide their input before the due date of May 31^st.
• Chapter Leadership – Jana S noted she had received input from Jackie, but needed to know if others have any recommendations.
• Other Chapter Events: Briefly discussed the below events.  Jana S. said she would send out a member email with the information below.

    • April 2019 PDT slide decks – Jana S. noted that we still need to get the slide decks up on our website.  Most should be good, but she would develop something brief for the Crucial Conversations outlining the speaker and the book used for the training. She also noted that she has not received any pictures from ASMC.
    • The charity participation events should also be posted.
  • Picnic – Jana S. said she had received a couple of parks from Jackie H-C, but would call for other availability for later.
• Other Items:
  • CGFM guides:  Ron G said he had received 7 yes votes from the Board and he would provide the information to Michael for purchase of the 2 sets of CGFM study guides.  He also went through the amounts for the actual classes and said he would provide. 
  • Michael H. brought up that he thinks Jackie H-C has an outstanding reimbursement request.
