Chapter Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

The governing body of the AGA Indianapolis Chapter is the Chapter Executive Committee (CEC) which is made up of the Chapter President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Treasurer-Elect, Immediate Past President, 3-Year Board Members and the Committee Chairs. The CEC meets monthly to discuss and vote upon proposed events and financial exection. The Secretary is responsible for keeping the minutes and providing them to the CEC after each meeting.
